Hello Indian Peaks #15 Owners/Residents,
Fit Turf is scheduled to provide the growing season’s final fertilization and broad-leaf weed control applications in grass turf areas (ie. park grass), on Wednesday, September 25th. The native grass common areas will also be treated with broad-leaf weed control application the same day.
Areas will be marked with flags: Please note that all herbicide treatments for weeds are required to be labeled as pesticide applications under Colorado regulation. Application spray is considered safe when completely dry, but those with sensitivities to synthetics/chemicals and concerns regarding weed treatment may wish to avoid these areas for longer than drying time. Residents with concerns regarding fertilizer pellets may wish to avoid grass turf areas until pellets have dissolved from being watered in by the sprinkler system.
Should poor weather conditions prevail, Fit Turf will perform the scheduled treatments for the next available business day.
This weed application does not contain glyphosate. If you would like to view the weed application information, this is available on the HOA website www.indianpeaks15hoa.org on the Documents page, under the section Miscellaneous Documents and is labeled “Weed Application Label Info” and “Weed Application SDS Info.”
