Neighborhood update

An update on property where city of Lafayette did the pipeline work (off of baseline) clarifying that the HOA is working with the city and the contractor  to rehab this area.  The city recently completed the second re-seeding process of the area.  The silt fence is being removed, and in the coming weeks the weeds will be mowed.  The weeds are currently being left to help shade/protect the grass seed.  Once the grass seed germinates, the weeds will be cut and sprayed with a selective herbicide.  The City of Lafayette, HOA, and Landscape Contractor are all committed to / and actively  working on restoring the area back to a better condition that before the pipeline project began.  Your continued patience is appreciated while the area is restored.

Due to the July 4th holiday, the next Indian Peaks #15 HOA Board Meeting has been tentatively re-scheduled for Thursday July 12th…..(waiting on confirmation of the room availability).  Once confirmed, the meeting will be updated on the HOA Website.

HOMEOWNERS ARE REMINDED that all official correspondence from the HOA is generated from the HOA’s website.  The HOA is not a member of social media sites such as facebook or nextdoor.
