The HOA Common Area split rail fencing that is the responsibility of the HOA to maintain has been contracted to be repaired, power-washed, and re-stained. The work will begin starting Monday June 5th, and will continue throughout the week, dependent upon weather.
Fencing that is adjacent to HOA Common Areas is the HOA’s responsibility to maintain. Per the Declaration, split rail fencing on property lines, and/or adjacent to the golf course, are the individual property owner’s responsibility to maintain. (Section 6.12 (d) (ii)) Should homeowners wish to have the contractor power-wash and re-stain their individual fences while they are in the community, the contractor has provided a Per Lineal Foot Price of $4.75 for the staining. If you wish to be included in the list of addresses to be stained, please send an email to Kevin@FosterMGMT.net with your property address, and statement that you would like your individual split rail fence to be stained. The contractor will measure your fence, and you will be billed by the HOA for your portion of the fence. Repairs can be made to the fence at a cost of $55/hr, if necessary.
Should you wish to re-stain your individual fencing, please remember that the fence is required to be stained using the KWAL PAINTS stain color #5383 – DISTANT HILLS.
