Welcome to Indian Peaks Filing No. 15 Homeowner’s Association, Inc. The entire association is comprised of 306 Single Family Homes and 31 Townhouses that were originally developed by McStain Homes. The community is fully built out. The Indian Peaks Filing No. 15 HOA property is located between 95th Ave and Baseline Rd in Lafayette, CO. (The Indian Peaks Filing No. 15 properties are also members of the Indian Peaks Master Association.)
This site is designed for Indian Peaks Filing No. 15 Association members, to provide general HOA information along with updates about the community.
BILLINGS: The 2021 Assessments are $120 per Month for all single family homes, and $350 per Month for all townhouse units. Coupon books for 2021 were sent out December 17th, 2020. Assessments are due the 1st of the month each calendar quarter, and are considered late if not received by the 20th of the month. Any account with a balance due as of the 20th of the month will be assessed late fees in accordance with the collection policy of the Association.
FOR: INDIAN PEAKS FILING NO. 15 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION regular Board of Directors Meetings are held monthly. For 2021, they are tentatively scheduled for the 4th Wednesday of each month at 5:30 pm, and are held via remote access through ZOOM as long as COVID-19 precautions are helpful.

FOR: INDIAN PEAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION Board Meetings begin at 4:00 pm. If the ability to meet in person changes, locations will be secured and sub-hoa presidents and managers, will be notified via email. Meetings will be on the second Wednesday of the first month of each quarter. Meeting dates and times are subject to change.
